Please note: delivery usually takes 7–15 working days (that’s 1 to 3 weeks) from the day your order was shipped—not from when you placed the order.
If it’s been more than 3 weeks since your order was shipped, the delay may be due to customs or courier hold-ups—which are unfortunately outside of our control, but your order is most likely still on its way.
Still no updates?
Check your tracking status. If it shows “Lost” or “Stolen,” please contact us right away. We’ll issue a full refund and make things right.
