Customs & ID Info
For some orders, especially over R2000 or certain international routes, your South African ID may be requested for customs clearance.
No stress—your info is safe with us and only shared securely with the courier if required.

If you’re not feeling your order, you can return it in new condition within 7 days for a refund (minus shipping).
Item arrived damaged?
Let us know within 24 hours with clear proof—we’ll sort it out and offer compensation based on the damage.

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel, and we’ll make it right—quickly and kindly.
Duties & Taxes
Orders under R2000? We cover the fees.
Orders over R2000? You might be charged import duties or VAT, depending on SA customs. These are your responsibility—but we’ll help make the process as smooth as possible.
