My order has shipped. How do I exchange it for the correct item?

If your order has already shipped and you received the wrong item, don’t worry—we’ll help make it right.

Here’s what to do:

  1. Inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
  2. If it’s incorrect, missing, or damaged, please report it within 24 hours of receiving it.
  3. Visit our Returns Portal at Returns Center and submit a return request with your order number and email.
  4. Once your return is approved, we’ll guide you through the next steps.

Please note:

  • If it’s a change of mind (e.g. wrong size, not your style), you’ll need to return the item within 7 days in its original, unused condition.
  • A 15% handling fee may apply, and you’ll be responsible for return shipping.
  • For exchanges, we recommend returning the item first, then placing a new order for the correct one.
