If your order has already shipped and you received the wrong item, don’t worry—we’ll help make it right.
Here’s what to do:
- Inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
- If it’s incorrect, missing, or damaged, please report it within 24 hours of receiving it.
- Visit our Returns Portal at Returns Center and submit a return request with your order number and email.
- Once your return is approved, we’ll guide you through the next steps.
Please note:
- If it’s a change of mind (e.g. wrong size, not your style), you’ll need to return the item within 7 days in its original, unused condition.
- A 15% handling fee may apply, and you’ll be responsible for return shipping.
- For exchanges, we recommend returning the item first, then placing a new order for the correct one.
